Founded in 2007 by President Stacy Spencer and CEO Harris Walker, Hand & Hand Foundation is committed to making a positive impact. Our mission is simple: to provide every American child with essential birthright opportunities—food, water, shelter, protection, and education.

Stacy Spencer, a lifelong Sacramento resident, brings firsthand knowledge of community needs. She has collaborated with various organizations, including the Maloof Foundation,
Wal-Mart, Sacramento Kings (NBA), and many local charities.

Harris Walker, a retired national businessman, has worked with young adults and children throughout the USA. Together, they recognized the shared needs across communities and established Hand & Hand Foundation.
